Should You Try Intermittent Fasting?
Does it seem that everyone is doing some type of Intermittent Fasting? My social media feed is filled with people counting down to the end of their fasts or profiles updated to include IF (Intermittent Fasting).
As someone with a strong relationship with food, the word fast conjures up images of hours and hours of torture so I initially dismissed it as yet another fad.
But eventually, I researched the science behind Intermittent Fasting. See what I discovered and see if you should get on or off the bandwagon.

Here is my intro:
Hi everyone, I’m new to the group, and I’m so happy and thankful to be added. I am on my last weight loss journey (fingers crossed) and so far I have lost 80 pounds. I have more weight to lose. But the odds are not in my favor. So I joined this group as I need all the help, encouragement, and support I can get. I even started a blog, Healthier Millie, to hold myself accountable and hopefully inspire others. I look forward to reading more of your success stories and sharing my experience.
