Last year I found out that I had Binge Eating disorder, and that I had been struggling with this for approx 8+ years. As it not as well known about I wanted to share some personal tips and stories with people. I wrote a few blogs and shared these with my friends on Facebook. I received a lot of encouragement to write more.
