The shutdown due to Covid-19 was such a gift!  The first week I just relaxed and slept!  Once the novelty wore off, I found myself slipping into coma-like brain dead state….some might call it depression…who knows?  I just knew I had to pull myself out of it and find ways to wake my brain up!  I am in my mid-fifties, my father died from dimentia, and I’ve always known I need to work hard to use my brain and not give in to the fog I can imagine could take over.  I have many interests, but as an older person, it is HARD to be a beginner!  Oh so painful!!  I know I can’t be alone and thought I’d share my journey learning new things with others.  Hopefully to encourage and educate other people in my situation.
