I suffered with Lyme disease for 18 1/2 yrs while being on active duty. I recently started to search for articles or blogs about Lyme disease while on active duty and found some articles and no blogs. I have had Lyme disease for 0ver 20 yrs and yet, I have not been diagnosed with co-infections. I think that, not only can I bring a light to how to get properly diagnosed with the disease on active duty but, how I dealt with the disease while in the Army. Many people have lost their jobs and marriages to this disease. If I can share my story and help one person, I have done my job.
