One of the things that I enjoy most is finding out the story behind something, to learn where it came from and its significance.

I particularly like food and wine because of the cultural and community aspects of them, which connect us all with each other and with our past.

The name resonated with me and I instantly thought, I could do something with this that would be fun and also provide a lot of opportunities and possible directions.  People feel deeply about their food, culture and history.
